These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maxforms and its services. By creating an account and using Maxforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subscription Plans
Maxforms offers the following subscription plans:
Free Plan
Provides access to Maxforms with usage limits on forms, submissions, and team members.
Pro Plan
A paid subscription with higher limits on forms, submissions, and team members, along with additional features.
Business Plan
A paid subscription with the highest limits and full access to all features, designed for larger teams and higher-volume usage.
Plan details and pricing are available at app.maxforms.com. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Permitted Use
You may use Maxforms to create and manage public-facing forms, collect submissions, and use related features provided by the service.
Prohibited Use
We reserve the right to take action against service misuse, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities, copyright infringement, or destructive acts
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Maxforms systems or other users' data
- Using the service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
- Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
Actions may include account suspension, termination, or legal proceedings.
Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund requests for exceptional circumstances should be sent to hello@maxforms.com. Processing may take 3-5 business days.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create and collect through Maxforms, including forms, submissions, and related content. You may export or delete your data at any time through the service.
Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free from security vulnerabilities.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Maxforms be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and by posting updates on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
